Tony Ng has been in Great Eastern since the 1970s. He was a teacher before he took up insurance full time. It was also because of his close association with teachers that he understood the needs of the teachers and therefore introduced insurance schemes to cater to such needs.
He has also been in the teachers' cooperative as well as government's cooperative to cater to the needs of the cooperative. Up until today he has more than 50 workers throughout Malaysia servicing teachers nationwide with these schemes. He has a main office which is the recording and servicing office in Penang and is at present a Group Sales Manager with a small group of productive agents servicing teachers with individual life policies.
